Alexandra Hendershot is a licensed graduate professional counselor and a multi-systemic therapist. She has a Bachelors in Psychology from Western Connecticut State University and a Masters in Clinical Community Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. Ms. Hendershot has several years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families as a program administrator, mental health coordinator, and clinical supervisor. She has a strong background in assisting juvenile justice system children and families, implementing behavior and treatment plans and working with community-based agencies and government agencies. She is also experienced in leading and developing school-based counseling programs.
Ms. Hendershot believes that as a therapist, it is important to meet a client where they are, providing a safe and nurturing environment where they can work together as a team in developing and reaching individualized treatment goals.
