Dr. Mance’s clinical experiences range from outpatient community mental health systems to specialized treatment centers (i.e., ADHD, Trauma, Family). She is an experienced therapist and behavior specialists and she is qualified to conduct psychological assessments. Additionally, Dr. Mance is an Assistant Professor and Researcher at a local university. Her research interests include community stress/violence, culture, community interventions, & depression/trauma treatments.
Dr. Mance’s interest is in providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, young adults, families, couples and adults specializing in ADHD, Parenting, and Adolescent Mental Health. Her approach is to provide a friendly, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic atmosphere. Dr. Mance believes in working collaboratively to identify and address areas of concern in an effective and productive manner best for the client. Thus, treatment is individualized to meet the needs of each individual, couple, or family.
