Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you do not show up for an appointment, your Doctor or therapist cannot see someone else.
In the event that you cancel your appointment without providing at least 24 hours advance notice, another patient/client cannot be scheduled to replace your appointment time. You may call and leave a message at the office when you realize that you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment. “No Shows” or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice will result in a CANCELLATION CHARGE of $75.00 per appointment. Future appointments will not be scheduled until the Cancellation Charge has been paid in full.
Full participation is necessary in order for our clients to be able to benefit from our therapy sessions. Cancelling more than three appointments may result in us asking you to re-evaluate your priorities and scheduling conflicts so that you may return at a future date when you are better able to participate.

My daughter is currently in therapy here and she loves it. I've seen improvement in her awareness of bad behavior. If I could get her to actuallt do the coping technique, it would probably be even better. It has only been a couple months but overall nothing bad to say about The Stone Foundation. Based on other reviews, maybe it's different for children vs adults.
